Right on top in our crock pot. Just like that. Next up, I have three eggs here that I have beaten. Gonna pour that right over the top here. I'm going to use a half a cup of brown sugar. I'm using the light brown just because that's what I have but you can use the dark brown. If that's what you have, that'll work just fine as well and we're going to use an entire cup of white granulated sugar. Pour that right over the top here. We go. Okay. Cinnamon. Gotta measure this with your heart. And it's it's pumpkin season folks. I'm being generous with that cinnamon. You can put in about a tablespoon or two. Um alright we have some vanilla extract here. This is my favorite. Trader Joe's pure bourbon vanilla extract. Need a tablespoon but I'm just dumping it in because I don't have quite a tablespoon left. I don't think. I'm so sad it's gone. I have to get some more. Alright I'm going to whisk this around. Get this nice and stirred together. This is going to make our whole house smell amazing. Cannot wait. And then this will be ready to enjoy this evening. Right after dinner time. We're going to have some delicious pumpkin dessert. Alright, that looks very well blended, I would say. Okay. Just one last step here. Well, actually we have two. We're going to put in this spice cake mix right over the top and what makes this a fun dessert is it's a cobbler. This is a pumpkin cobbler. So, we are not going to stir this in. We are just going to let it sit right on top here Just going to give that a nice spread around. Like that and then, we're going to add one stick of butter that I've cut into squares and we're just going to spread these around the top just like you would a cobbler. You know, you could bake this in the oven too but I am all about crock pots this time of year. Just put it in there. Leave it and it'll be ready when we are ready to eat it which is perfect, right? Mm hmm. Yes. I have some chopped pecans here. Mm. I didn't have any plain ones. So these are the the sweetened pecans. You can just use plain. But these are going to be extra yummy on here because they are sweet. Just dump those on. Mhm. Yep. Okay. That is all it takes. So quick and easy. I'm going to put this on high for three hours and then we're going to enjoy it later today. Look at this beauty. Pumpkin cobbler. The whole house smells amazing. I am so excited to dig in. There I just have one regret though honey. We don't have any ice cream. Oh. I'm just going to enjoy this without the ice cream. But that would just elevate it, wouldn't it? But is that because you ate it last night? That was not me. That was our child, I promise. Look at this. Oh, it looks so good. Mm hmm. It smells so good. It is piping hot. So, wish me luck trying this and not burning my mouth. Let me get some of those pecans and some of that spice cake mix. I pumpkin is just my favorite thing. Mhm. Mhm. Oh it looks so good. It has a pumpkin pie texture to it. But then that nice gooey top with the cake. It's perfect. I love it.
