Had to reshare this one to celebrate, I live yall 🫶 - Recipe ✰ 2 cups skim milk ✰ 1 scoop 1stphorm level-1 protein in vanilla ice cream (link in bio :) ✰ 2-3 tsp cake batter extract ✰ 1 tbsp monkfruit ✰ 2 -3 tsp sf jello pudding mix (optional) ✰ mix ins of choice (I did bday cake Oreos and circus animal cookies) - Just ice cream: Mine: cals 300 fat 2.5g carb 19g protein 50g Cold Stone: cals 1100 fat
THEA on Instagram: "GOEY CHOCOLATE BROWNIE CREAMI macros: 380cal | 50g protein | 18g carbs | 12g fat base ingredients: 250ml almond milk/ water 100g 0% greek yogurt/ skyr 30g zero diet whey (chocolate brownie flavour)* 20-30g cocoa powder 3g xanthan gum optional: flav drops/ powder pinch of salt mix ins: zero chocolate syrup* 1-2 protein brownie* Mix all the ingredients for the base in a ninja creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours. Once frozen, run the pint under warm water for a minute, then spin it on the light ice cream“ setting. Add the mix-ins and use the „extras“ setting. Erin Antoniak on Instagram: "COOKIE DOUGH CREAMI 🍪😍🍫 ok i am obsessed. i’ve been eating one every single night and i have zero plans to stop anytime soon. and yes, i eat the entire pint! they are amazing!! in a creami container mix 1.5 cups creamy milk (i did ripple plant base but any milk with a fat content will work), 1 large scoop vanilla protein, 1 tbsp vanilla pudding mix, 1 tsp butter extract using a frother. once blended, freeze at least 12 hours. run under hot water for two minutes to loosen the sides. run on ‘lite ice cream setting’ and then add a splash of half and half or more milk. run on ‘respin’ setting. add in 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips and 2 tbsp cookie dough crumbles and run on ‘mix-in’. i topped with extra cookie dough 😋 #ninjacreami #creami #creamirecipes #protein

So easy to make also! Ingredients: -1/2 cup 2% low fat cottage cheese (113 g) -1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240 g) -1/2 tsp vanilla extract -1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (31 g) -1 tbsp Jell-O sugar free white chocolate pudding mix (7 g) -1/2-1 tsp sweetener - pinch salt Instructions: 1. Blend cottage cheese and almond milk in a blender until smooth. Pour into Creami pint. 2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix together with a frother, whisk, fork, or whatever you’ve got. Cover with lid and freeze for 8 hours minimum. 3. Spin ice cream on the “light ice cream” setting. Remove lid and add 1 tbsp of water or milk, then re-spin. 4. Add in whatever mix-ins you love (run on “mix-in” function)
