Cheesy Besan Toast | Besan Toast
Ingredients : 1. Besan 1 Cup 2. Water as required 3. Chopped Onion 1 medium 4. Chopped Capsicum 1 medium 5. Chopped Tomato 1 medium 6. Chopped Green Chillies 1 or 2 7. Chopped Coriander Leaves 8. Salt to Taste 9. Red chill powder (optional) 10. Ghee/ Butter 1 tsp 11. Bread slices 12. Cheese Slices 13. Green Chutney Method : 1. In a bowl mix besan and water to make paste. 2. Add all the chopped veggies and spices. Mix well & Keep aside. 3. Apply some ghee on the pan. Dip the bread slices on Besan batter. 4. Cook from both sides. Apply chutney on one side & place a cheese slice on top. Cover with another bread. 5. Cook for 2 minutes and Serve hot with Chutney.
