Recipe:

- Lentils 1/3 cup (each)
Mash
Masoor
Moong
Daal chana 
Rice
. Jow (1 cup)
. Gandum (1 cup)

- wash lentils and add hot water .. soak over night 
- Next day add salt, Turmeric, water in all lentils and cook until tender then blend.
- In a pan add one cup oil and 3 to 4 bay leaves 
- Add 2 kg chicken breast big pcs 
- Add 2 to 3 TBS ginger garlic paste 
- Add salt apt
. Red chilli powder apt
. Turmeric 1 tbs
. Coriander powder 1 tbs
. Chicken powder 1 tbs
. Paprika 1 tbs
. Chaat masala 1 tbs
.Yogurt 1 big cup
. Brown onions ( 2 to 3)

- Cook until oil appears, add water until meat is tender then shred the chicken and add again in masala.
- Add 1 Tbs Garam masala powder, Blended lentils and Chicken stock ( 6 to 8 glasses)
