These chickpeas are addictive and taste even better the next day. A few ingredients to taste like something you could order in a restaurant. Swap the chicken for any protein you like!   You will need to serve 2 556kcal & 52g protein   2 skin-on chicken breasts  1 tin chickpeas, drained (I use bold bean co queen chickpeas) 1 leek  2 cloves minced garlic  1/2 tsp fresh chopped red chilli  50g grated parmesan and the rind 15g butter  1 chicken stock cube  1 lemon   Preheat the oven to 190c fan.   In a deep pan, brown off the chicken breasts skin side down for 3-4 minutes until golden and lovely.
