STEP 1 – Select Your Digital Gift Card
Click the ‘BUY NOW’ tab above then Select your Digital Gift Card from this seasons set of designs. Choose the amount of money you would like to put on the gift card. Amounts ranging from £10.00 to £250.00.
STEP 2 – Who Do You Want The Digital Gift Card Sent To?
Fill out the short form with the relevant details. Recipients Email Address, Recipients Name, Your Name (so the receiver of the gift card knows whom it came from) and a short message, For example:
‘Happy Birthday Aunty Joan! Lots of love, Stephanie x x x’
Alternatively you can have the Digital Gift Card emailed to yourself, the benefit of that is you can print them out yourself at home and be able to place them in a card for a more personal touch.
STEP 3 – When Will The Digital Gift Card Arrive?
If you would like the Digital Gift Card to be delivered to the recipients email address at a later date, select ‘Postpone delivery’ and choose the date. This is perfect for birthdays and special occasions.
If you would like the recipient to receive the gift card immediately, you can skip this step.
STEP 4 – Add To Basket and Checkout!
Once your order is complete, you can sit back and relax in the knowledge your gift giving woes are all taken care of….
STEP 1 – Digital Gift Card Code
Your gift card will be displayed within your email, where underneath the gift card you will see the 16 character alphanumeric code to redeem on our website.
Don’t forget the dashes!
STEP 2 – Using Your Digital Gift Card Code.
Once you have chosen your desired bamboo clothing garments and are in the basket stage of your purchase, you can enter your gift card code by clicking ‘Have a gift card? Click here to enter your code’ which can be found below the payment method icons. This will make a dialogue box appear in the top left corner of the basket, simply enter your code there!
NB Please be aware not to try and add your Gift card code in the Promotional Code box which also sits on the basket and checkout page. The above link reveals the input field.
STEP 3 – Checkout
Check your basket totals and checkout as usual, then sit back, put the kettle on and wait for your bamboo clothing garments to arrive.
