    If you’re going to be a type II civilization and explore the galaxy using a stellar engine that will also make your planet habitable for billions more years is a pretty elegant way to do it. You could also probably do some cool things with the sun’s accessible power and mass at that point.

    When it was found that an FBI agent altered an email in evidence they faced federal changes. There doesn’t seem to be much justice or respect for human rights in the UK, so I doubt anyone will be held accountable (except the postmasters).

    Don’t the ISPs have techniques that would hide user IPs from external parties? I swore there were ways to do that and thought some ISPs has threatened to in response to copyright lawsuits.
