Leadership Development
Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is the most extensive and well-rounded program for college graduates. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll rotate through Acosta Group’s core business departments, allowing you to:
- Understand what you like to do, what excites you, and where your strengths lie.
- Work hands-on with some of the most well-known brands in the world.
- Network with leaders in the CPG industry, including your own Executive Sponsor.
- Learn valuable skills including client relationship building, marketing and sales, business intelligence, retail execution, and more.
The Leadership Development Program gives you an opportunity to not only network with senior leaders across the company, but also establish meaningful work relationships with dedicated mentors and sponsors in your career's field of interest.
