Kaiser Permanente broke ground on its new Parker Medical Offices. The 22,400-square-foot offices are scheduled to expand operations to meet the growing pace of the Parker community in Colorado. The building will also enhance the patient experience with a design geared toward integrated and seamless access to many medical services.
Construction is ramping up in 2024, with a projected opening in the second half of 2025.
The new, stand-alone Kaiser Permanente Parker Medical Offices at 12249 Pine Bluffs Way is scheduled to be roughly 30% larger than the previous leased location. The extra room is needed. Since 2020, more than 2,500 additional Kaiser Permanente members have made the Parker Medical Offices their primary care home-base.
“Parker is growing rapidly, and we need to grow alongside the community to ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality integrated care and coverage to our members,” said Mike Ramseier, regional president of Kaiser Permanente in Colorado.
The new offices are designed to enhance patient care, said Jeffrey Krawcek, MD, president and executive medical director of Kaiser Permanente in Colorado.
“The design of the new Parker Medical Offices showcases our leadership in value-based, integrated care,” said Dr. Krawcek. “Patients will benefit from having a wide range of services aligned under one roof, providing quality, coordination, and convenience — this is the advantage of our unique care model that sets Kaiser Permanente apart."
Kaiser Permanente offers integrated care and coverage under one roof plus an extensive network of providers and hospitals. Services available at the new Parker Medical Offices will include:
