From fixing potholes to addressing threats to public health, AI can support a government’s ability to deliver on its promises. To help, Google partnered with the National League of Cities to launch an AI Toolkit, designed to help ensure the opportunities of AI are widely accessible across communities.

Helping more than 11 million Americans earn job-ready credentials

We’re helping Americans learn new skills and preparing them for the jobs of tomorrow, including training more than 11 million Americans through our Grow with Google program. To make sure that people from all backgrounds have access to AI training, Google.org launched the AI Opportunity Fund to train over 1 million Americans on critical AI skills through a number of partnerships, including Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMG) and Goodwill Industries International.

Hill Top Contractors, a storage tank removal, environmental remediation and construction company based in Roanoke, VA, uses Google’s AI-powered search to inform their business practices - helping them stay up-to-date on industry regulations and equipment maintenance information.
