     Irene Spencer Coddington was born circa 1873.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Arthur Blaney Coddington and Eleanor Bertha Bloxsome.³ She married Brig.-Gen. Christopher Robert Ingham Brooke, son of Venerable Joshua Ingham Brooke, on 5 October 1899.¹ She died on 15 September 1925.¹
     From 5 October 1899, her married name became Brooke.¹

     Dixie Latham Coddington was born on 23 March 1845.¹ He was the son of Henry Barry Coddington and Maria Crawford.² He died on 6 January 1897 at age 51, unmarried.¹

     Captain Hubert John Coddington was born on 12 September 1877.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Nicholas Coddington and Lelia Jane Naper.^2,1 He died on 7 July 1915 at age 37 at Ypres, Belgium^G, killed in action.¹
     He was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Boer War.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Battalion, Durham Light Infantry.¹

     Maria Louisa Darley was the daughter of Henry Darley and Maria Louisa West.^2,1 She married, firstly, John Osborn George Pollock in 1856.² She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. John Nicholas Coddington, son of Henry Barry Coddington and Maria Crawford, in 1883.¹ She died on 25 March 1886.¹ She was also reported to have died on 23 March 1886.²
