Frances Jessy Chetwynd-Talbot was born circa 1844 at Church Eaton, Staffordshire, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Rev. Hon. Arthur Chetwynd-Talbot and Harriet Elizabeth Frances Hervey-Aston.3 She married, firstly, Captain Walter de Winton, son of Walter de Winton and Julia Collinson, on 19 June 1867.1 She married, secondly, Major Hon. Geoffrey Richard Clegg Hill, son of Rowland Hill, 2nd Viscount Hill of Hawkestone and of Hardwicke and Anne Clegg, on 9 December 1880 at Shrewsbury, Shropshire, EnglandG.2 She died on 20 October 1918.2
From 19 June 1867, her married name became de Winton. From 9 December 1880, her married name became Hill.

Reverend Arthur Henry Chetwynd-Talbot was born on 27 September 1855 at Edgmond, Shropshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Rev. Hon. Arthur Chetwynd-Talbot and Mary Elizabeth Masterman.2,3 He married Eveline Mary Ashton, daughter of Colonel Charles James Ashton and Mary Elizabeth Woodward, on 6 August 1903.4 He died on 26 November 1927 at age 72.4
He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)5 He held the office of Prebendary of Lichfield.4 He was Provost at Denstone College, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, England.4 He was the Rector at Edgmond, Newport, Shropshire, EnglandG.4
